Incorporated in September 2004, Credit Orienwise Group Ltd. (Orienwise) is mainly engaged in the commercial guarantee and other value-added financial services especially for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and individuals in China. It has total eight subsidiaries located in Beijing, Shanghai, Hunan Province, Fujian Province, Hebei Province and Guangdong Province respectively.  Among them, Shenzhen Credit Orienwise Co. Ltd. is not only the first private guarantee company in China but also the first Sino-foreign joint venture approved by Ministry of Commerce. Meanwhile it is the fist Chinese member of International Factoring Group (IFG) since June 2004.

Through continuous improvement of its core competitiveness on business exploring, risk management, human resource management and research & development, Orienwise has been gaining substantial social/economic benefit and promote the economic development in the regions.

By the end of 2005, Orienwise¡¯s total guarantee volume exceeded RMB 17 billion while it¡¯s consolidated net worth amounted to RMB 1.5 billion.
